Ms. Betty Ann Prescott

(1944 – 2022)

Ms. Betty Ann Prescott was born July 4, 1944 in Sylvania, Screven County, Georgia to the late Willie and Agnes Prescott.  She departed this life on Sunday, March 13, 2022 at Augusta University Medical Center, Augusta, GA.

Betty attended the public schools of Screven County.  She was a member of Little Bethel Methodist Church and was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her sisters, Ronell, Evergine, Minnie, Mary Francis, Grace and Linda; her brothers, Jimmy and Andy; her husband, Frank Anderson and her son, Frank Anderson, Jr.

She leaves to to cherish her memories, her sister, Joyce Tanksley of Sylvania, GA; her brothers, Gary Prescott (Vivian) of Sylvania, GA, Mickey Prescott (Elouise) of Millen, GA and Billy Prescott of Sylvania, GA; special nieces, Yvette Ivery (Marvin), Penny Spaulding (Reginald) and Angela Prescott all of Sylvania, GA; a daughter, Tramein Taylor (Kenneth) of Springfield, GA; also, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
