Mr. Corey Andrell Davon Davis

March 31, 1983 – November 30, 2023

MR. COREY ANDRELL DAVON DAVIS, 40, was born on March 31, 1983, in Augusta, GA, the beloved son to Mr. Joseph Lee Davis and Mrs. Nettie Pearl Mills Davis.

Being born in a Christian home, he received his early spiritual upbringings at the Lovett Hill Baptist Church under the leadership of the Reverend S.D. Bing.  He attended the public schools of Screven County and graduated with the Screven County High School Class of 2001.  He furthered his education at the Ogeechee Technical College studying computer technology.  He was employed at Gulfstream Aerospace Dynamics of Savannah, GA, which he loved very much.

He was united in Holy Matrimony to the former Chelsea Roberts.  To this beloved union two children Ashyra and Coriyon Davis were born.

On Thursday November 30, 2023, God in His infinite wisdom saw fit to call one of his angels Mr. Corey Andrell Davon Davis to rest in eternity following an illness at Memorial Health Medical Center of Savannah, GA.

The memory of Corey as being a devoted family man who worked hard to provide for his family will forever live in the hearts and minds of all who knew and loved him.

Fond memories and a loving legacy will continue to live throughout the lives of his loved ones including the mother of his children:  Chelsea Roberts Davis, his (2) Children: Ashyra Davis and Coriyon Davis both of Statesboro, GA, a devoted companion: Jamie Phipps (the mother who will birth his soon-to-be son Kingston Davis) of Newington, GA; his Mother: Nettie Pearl Mills Davis, Hiltonia, GA; his Father: Joseph Lee (Nita) Davis, Sylvania, GA; (2) Sisters: Myeisha Davis, Hiltonia, GA, and Laquanna Davis, Ridgeland, SC; (1) Brother: Eddie (Stacy) Jenkins, Sylvania, GA; (7) Aunts: Irean Bouie and  Ollie Balam both of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Ruthie Dixon, Frances (Bobby) Moblie, and Susette Mills, all of Hiltonia, GA, Mozelle (Jerry) Mutch, Waynesboro, GA, and  Betty Davis, Carson, CA; (4) Uncles: Adam (Albertha) Davis, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Eric (Tonya) Mills, Sylvania, GA, Gary (Linda) Mills, Sylvania, GA, and Marlon Cooper, Hiltonia, GA, (1) Brother-in-law, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and sorrowing friends.
