Carrie Osborne Daniels

Mrs. Carrie Bell Daniels, 81, entered into eternal rest Sunday, October 10, 2021 in Savannah, GA. Carrie was born in Screven County, GA on August 29, 1940 to Sylvester and Mamie Barker.

She attended Screven County School System and dedicated over 30 years of employment to Sylview Health Care. She was also, a devoted member of New Light Baptist Church in Sylvania, GA.

Carrie had a passion for cooking. She was always preparing delicious meals for others to enjoy. Additionally, she relished good company, often seen with a bright, infectious smile on her face when in the presence of others.

Carrie is proceeded in death by her siblings – Freedom Barker, Richard Barker and Mary Ann Scarborough; children – Arnold Osborne, Willie Osborne, Henry Osborne, Dorothy Osborne, Helen Tyson, and Laura Etta Price.

 She leaves to cherish her memory: husband – Jeff Daniels of Sylvania, GA; children – Willie (Glenda) Smith of Waynesboro, GA, Alfred (Mary) Jacobs of Sylvania, GA, and Catherine Akins of Savannah, GA. Siblings – Cardell (Geneva) Barker of Orlando, FL, Ella Mae Jackson of Macon, GA, Mattie Royal of Augusta, GA, and Lillie May Byrd of Savannah, GA. Brother/Sister-In-Laws – James (Mary) Eason, Beatrice Daniels, Margaret Lee all of Statesboro, GA and John (Twila) Daniels of Augusta, GA. A host of grandchildren, family, and friends.
