Mr. Dennis Williams
August 13, 1971– April 15, 2023
Mr. Dennis Williams, 51, was born the son of the late Mr. James and Mrs. Evergine Prescott Williams on August 13, 1971, in Augusta, GA.
His early Christian upbringings began at the Little Bethel AME Church of Sylvania, GA. He attended the public schools of Screven County and was a 1990 graduate of Screven County High School. He was employed with the Dekalb County Sanitation Department.
Mr. Dennis Williams enjoyed spending his time going fishing and he loved basketball as well.
On Saturday evening April 15, 2023, Mr. Dennis Williams made his final transition from earth into eternity at Ogeechee Area Hospice of Statesboro, GA, following an extended illness. His life and memory will forever live in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
He leaves to cherish his memory his son: Dennis Anwon Williams; (5) Sisters: Penny (Reggie) Spaulding, Angela Prescott, Michelle (Ricardo) Cannady, Kathy Williams, and Tisha Williams; (4) Brothers: Chuck (Janice) Prescott, DeWayne (Julie) Prescott, Timothy James Williams, and Shelton Williams; an Aunt Joyce Tanksley; (3) Uncles: Micky (Elouise) Prescott, Billy Prescott, and Gary (Vera) Prescott, a special niece Ronneckia Prescott along with a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and sorrowing friends.
