Mr. Eugene Pierce

February 5, 1959 – October 21, 2024

Eugene Pierce, 65, was born February 5, 1959, to the late Willie Pierce, Sr and Lila Kent Pierce.  He departed this life on October 21, 2024, in Orangeburg, SC. 

At an early age, Eugene joined the Horse Creek United Methodist Church with his family.  He attended the Screven County Public Schools.

Eugene was employed as a truck driver. 

In addition to his parents, Eugene was also predeceased by siblings, Roger Pierce, Lawrence Pierce, Willie Pierce, Jr, Warnell Pierce, Larry Pierce and Inez King.

Eugene is survived by his children, Tito Jermaine Scott of Sylvania, GA and Shanita Scott (Elder James) Seymore of Columbia, SC; his grandchildren, Raekwon Fulmore, Promise Scott, Kinsley Scott, Aaliyah Scott, and Isabella Scott; his siblings, Linzie Pierce of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Angela Faith Coles of Savannah, GA, Cynthia Taylor of Statesboro, GA, Deborah Lee of Sylvania, GA and Jeannette Perkins of Rincon, GA; he also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
