Mrs. Lavator Roberts Britt

(November 15, 1947 – September 09, 2022)

Mrs. Lavator Roberts Britt, 74, was born to the late Johnny L. Roberts and Emma Lee Daniels on November 15, 1947, in Savannah, GA.

She was baptized at an early age and received her early spiritual upbringings at the Lawton Grove Baptist Church.  She also attended the public schools of Screven County and Rochester, NY.  She retired from Claxton Poultry after over 25 years of dedicated service.

On Friday morning September 09, 2022, God summoned Mrs. Lavator Roberts Britt from labor to reward at her residence surrounded by her loving family following an extended illness.  She was preceded in death by both of her parents, five brothers and one sister.

Her memory will forever live on in the hearts and minds of all who knew and loved her.

Survivors to  cherish fond memories and continue her beautiful legacy include: her loving companion for over 30 years Mr. Eddie Weaver, (1) Son: Levon Britt of Rochester, NY; (2) Daughters: Gail Britt and Tina Levant both of Statesboro, GA; her son-in-law: Marcus Levant; (4) Sisters: Margaret (Frank) Moore, Queen Roberts, Patricia Daniels, and Stella (Willie) Kittles all of Sylvania, GA; (3) Brothers: Arthur Roberts of Rochester, NY, John Roberts, Sylvania, GA, and Levon (Jane) Daniels of Statesboro, GA; (5) Grandchildren, (11) Great Grands, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and sorrowing friends.
