Mary Dell (Daughtry) Morris

Mrs. Mary Dell Morris was born January 24, 1946 to the late Matthew Daughtry and Charlie Mae Smith Daughtry in Screven County, Georgia.  She departed this life, Sunday, March 28, 2021 at Memorial Health University Medical Center, Savannah, GA.

Mary Dell attended Screven County Public Schools.  She also attended Dickey Grove Baptist Church.  She was married to the late Robert Morris.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was also predeceased by brothers James Mozie and Fred Mozie and a sister, Beatrice Mozie.

She leaves memories to be cherished by a son, John Robert Morris (Ieshia); her siblings, Minnie Lee Benton (Darnell), Pauline Oliver, Carolyn Lawton, Elouise Blount, Earline White, McKinley Mozie, Jr and Willie Mozie; best friend, Catherine Lawton; aunt, Hannah Bryant; grandchildren, Jarvion Morris, Rhonda Morris and Jessica Morris; great-grandchildren, Khyri Williams, Payton Davis, Kerston Jeffreys and Exan Hagin; she also leaves a host of other relatives and friends.
