The Legacy of Life
August 4, 1950 – March 3, 2025
Mr. Rosevelt Frager, 74, the son of the late Frank Frager and Ola Mae Holmes Williams was born August 4, 1950, in Sylvania, Screven County, GA. On Monday morning, March 3, 2025, God called him home to eternal rest.
Rosevelt was educated in the public schools of Screven County and attended church at The Ministry House Worship Center. He was employed with the City of Sylvania for many years, retiring after his health failed.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother, Frank Frazier and a cousin, James (Pop) Frazier.
His loving memories will forever be cherished by his daughters Jennifer (Terrance) Scott and Rebecca (Derell) Walker; his sisters, Wilma (Marcus) Heyward of Greenville, NC, Shirley Smith of Lauderhill, FL, Annetta Milton and Carolyn (Ronald) Wilkerson both of Brooklet, GA; his brothers, Larry Hazel of Kearny, NJ and Jimmy Howard of Atlanta, GA; his grandchildren, Jashawn, Brandy, Trevon, Kylon, Jemaine, Jr., Ja’myian, Da’Ryha, Re’yonna and Ja’Lyiah; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
