Ms. Tierra Kenyelle Brinson, 30, was born November 30, 1995 to Ms. Judith Brinson and Mr. Andrew Jackson in Statesboro, GA.  She departed this life on Monday, March 30, 2026 at Memorial Health University Medical Center, Savannah, GA.

Tierra was educated in the public schools of Screven County, graduating from Screven County High School.  She attended Job Corps in Brunswick, GA and she also attained her CNA Certification.  Tierra was employed at Jenkins Correctional Facility as a Correction Officer, and she also was Manager at McDonald’s until her health failed.

She was predeceased by her grandparents, Edward and Alberta Brinson and Annie Lee and Ulysee Jackson; her brother, Rodriquez Brinson; her aunts, Carolyn Brinson, Irne Lester and Mary Lester; her uncles, Lloyd and Johnny Badger, Lucious and DeWayne Brinson and Joseph Kirkland, Sr.

Fond and loving memories will forever be cherished by her beloved daughter, Melani T. Scott, Sylvania, GA; her loving mother, Judith A. Brinson, Hiltonia, GA; her father, Andrew Jackson, Statesboro, GA; her sisters, Tameka Brinson, Latoya Brinson and Danielle (Tiawan) Smashum all of Sylvania, GA, Josalind (Richard) Wallace of McDonough, GA, Jasmine (Olin) Roundtree of San Antonio, TX, Janae Prescott, Sylvania, GA, Juwana (David) Middleton, Statesboro, GA, Shuwana Weaver, Murfreesboro, TN, Evelyn Jackson, Orlando, FL, Ulanda (Mincey) Fofana of Seattle, WA and Adrienne (Keith) Cantrell of Atlanta, GA.; her brothers, DaVante Brinson of Hiltonia, Ga, Shabazz Jackson of Houston, TX, Andre (Crystal) Jackson of Atlanta, GA and Ricardo (Brenda) Campbell of Statesboro, GA; her aunts and uncles, Exie Kirkland, Wanda Brinson, June Jackson, Timothy Brinson, Edward Brinson, Jr and Westley Jackson; Her godfather, Alantonio Brinson; best friends, Tyneda Anderson and Kacee Manor; also a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
