Ms. Vernett Sidneice Parrish

Vernett Sidneice Parrish, 60, was born on September 15, 1963, to Mrs. Annie Mae Nesbitt Parrish and the late Deacon Sidney Thomas Parrish, Sr, in Miami, FL.
At an early age, she accepted Christ and united with the Jordan Grove Baptist Church of Miami, FL under the leadership of Reverend Douglas Cook. She also attended the public schools of Dade County.
Upon relocating to Sylvania, she, and her family united with the Dickey Grove Baptist Church where she remained faithful.
Vernett loved gospel music, spiritual songs, going fishing and bowling, and spending time with her family and friends.
On Thursday April 04, 2024, Vernett Sidneice Parrish answered the summons of Jesus into eternity at WellStar MCG Health Augusta University Medical Center of Augusta, GA, following an extended illness.
She leaves to cherish fond memories and continue her beautiful legacy: Her devoted Mother Mrs. Annie Mae Nesbitt Parrish of the home; (4) Sisters: Ella Haynes, Lorene Price, Algire Christie, Connie (William) Vassar, and Vernette Parrish, (1) Brother: Sidney Parrish, Jr.; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and sorrowing friends.
