Mr. Wilbert Kirkland, 61, was born on October 17, 1961, to Ms. Virginia “Duck” Kirkland and the late Mr. Frank Ingram in Augusta, GA.
He was baptized and dedicated his life to Jehovah. He attended the public schools of Screven County. He was employed with Claude Howard Lumber Company for 37 years.
On Monday May 08, 2023, Wilbert Kirkland went to sleep in death at the East Georgia Regional Medical Center of Statesboro, GA, following a brief illness.
Mr. Wilbert Kirkland was preceded in death by his father Frank Ingram and one son Jeremiah Youmans. His life and memory will forever be in the hearts and minds of all who knew and loved him.
He cherished his time on earth with his loving wife Mrs. Adrian Mobley Kirkland of the home; (1) Daughter: Sonya (Laryian, Sr.) Gordon of Sylvania, GA, His Loving Mother: Ms. Virginia Kirkland, (2) Brothers: Michael “Charlie” (Stephanie) Kirkland, Grovetown, GA, and Michael Ingram of Sylvania, GA; (3) Sisters: Annie Ruth Kirkland and Rose (Willie) Carter both of Sylvania, GA, and Judy Ann Kelly of Statesboro, GA; (3) Grandchildren: Carmen Hogan, Caitlyn Gordon, and Laryian Gordon, Jr., (2) Brothers-in-law: Tommy (Teri) Mobley and Bobby (Frances) Mobley both of Sylvania, GA ; (2) Sisters-in-law: Marie Dero and Jessie (Levi) Kittles both of Sylvania, GA; (2) very special nieces that were very dear to his heart: Tommesa Mobley and Merinda “Nichelle” Kirkland; along with a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and sorrowing friends.
